Raising Questions or Reporting Concerns:

 

To report violations of the Me services L.L.C Code of Conduct, company policies or any areas of concern you may have, there are a variety of methods available.

 

1.       You may contact your supervisor and provide the necessary information

 

2.       Leave a message on the “Ethics Hotline” at +971 (2) 6113 333. It is a voicemail system, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is only monitored by the Ethics Officer. You may leave your details or speak anonymously

 

3.       Email at ethics@meservicess.ae

 

Calls and emails can be made anonymously, and every reasonable effort will be made to protect the identity of the caller. Me services has a non-retaliation policy that prohibits retaliation against an employee for raising a concern or reporting actual or suspected misconduct in good faith. Any concerns raised with, or reports made to, the Ethics Officer or via the Ethics Hotline, the Ethics email address, or by any other means will be reviewed and investigated by the Company promptly, and appropriate remedial measures will be undertaken. Investigations will be conducted in as confidential a manner as possible, depending upon the circumstances presented.
